摘 要:随着高校体育课程改革的深入推进,羽毛球作为一项广受欢迎的选修项目,在促进学生体质健康与终身体育意识培养中发挥着重要作用。然而,当前高校羽毛球选修课教学仍存在课程设计单一、教学方法陈旧及评价体系不够科学等问题,亟需系统性研究以优化教学质量。本研究旨在全面分析高校羽毛球选修课的教学现状,并提出针对性改进策略。研究采用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献分析法相结合的方式,对全国范围内多所高校的羽毛球选修课进行调研,收集师生反馈并归纳总结现有问题。结果显示,多数高校在教学内容设置上缺乏个性化与层次性,同时对学生兴趣需求的关注不足;师资力量参差不齐,部分教师的专业技能与教学能力有待提升;此外,传统考核方式未能充分体现学生的综合能力发展。基于此,本文创新性地提出了以学生为中心的多元化教学模式,强调通过分层教学、情景模拟及信息化手段的应用,增强课堂互动性和趣味性。同时,构建了涵盖过程性评价与结果性评价相结合的新型考核体系,为教学质量评估提供科学依据。研究结论表明,优化后的教学策略能够显著提高学生的学习积极性与运动技能水平,为高校羽毛球选修课的可持续发展提供了理论支持与实践参考。

Current Status and Improvement Strategies of Badminton Elective Courses in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:With the deepening reform of physical education courses in colleges and universities, badminton, as a popular elective subject, plays a significant role in promoting students' physical health and cultivating lifelong sports awareness. However, current badminton elective courses in higher education institutions still face issues such as单一 course design, outdated teaching methods, and insufficiently scientific evaluation systems, necessitating systematic research to optimize teaching quality. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the teaching status of college badminton elective courses and propose targeted improvement strategies. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys, interviews, and literature analysis, this research investigates badminton elective courses in multiple universities across the country, collecting feedback from both teachers and students and summarizing existing problems. The results indicate that most universities lack personalization and stratification in their curriculum design, with insufficient attention paid to students' interest and needs. Additionally, there is uneven distribution of teaching resources, and some instructors require further enhancement in professional skills and teaching competence. Moreover, traditional assessment methods fail to adequately reflect students' comprehensive development. In response, this paper innovatively proposes a student-centered diversified teaching model, emphasizing the application of tiered instruction, scenario simulation, and information technology to enhance classroom interactivity and engagement. Furthermore, a new evaluation system integrating formative and summative assessments is constructed, providing a scientific basis for teaching quality assessment. The conclusion demonstrates that the optimized teaching strategies can significantly improve students' learning motivation and athletic skill levels, offering theoretical support and practical references for the sustainable development of badminton elective courses in higher education institutions.
