摘  要:随着教育理念的不断更新,幼儿园课程游戏化已成为学前教育领域的重要研究方向。本研究以幼儿园课程游戏化的实践与反思为核心,旨在探讨如何通过游戏化方式提升幼儿的学习兴趣与发展潜能。研究采用行动研究法和案例分析法,选取某地三所幼儿园为实验对象,通过对教师教学设计、课堂实施及幼儿参与度的系统观察与评估,深入分析游戏化课程的实际效果及其优化路径。研究发现,游戏化课程能够显著提高幼儿的主动性和创造性,同时促进其社会交往能力的发展。然而,在实践中也存在教师专业素养不足、游戏设计缺乏科学性等问题。本研究创新性地提出了基于幼儿发展需求的游戏化课程框架,并强调教师角色的转变与持续专业发展的重要性。研究成果为幼儿园课程改革提供了理论支持与实践参考,对推动学前教育质量提升具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the continuous updating of educational concepts, the gamification of kindergarten curricula has become a significant research focus in the field of early childhood education. This study centers on the practice and reflection of gamified kindergarten curricula, aiming to explore how gamification can enhance children's learning interest and developmental potential. By employing action research and case analysis methodologies, this study selected three kindergartens in a specific region as experimental subjects. Through systematic observation and evaluation of teachers' instructional design, classroom implementation, and children's participation levels, the actual effects of gamified curricula and their optimization pathways were thoroughly analyzed. The findings indicate that gamified curricula significantly increase children's initiative and creativity while promoting the development of their social interaction skills. However, challenges such as insufficient teacher professional competence and lack of scientific rigor in game design were identified in practice. Innovatively, this study proposes a gamified curriculum fr amework based on children's developmental needs, emphasizing the transformation of teachers' roles and the importance of their continuous professional development. The research outcomes provide theoretical support and practical references for kindergarten curriculum reform, playing a crucial role in advancing the quality of early childhood education.
