幼儿园教师专业发展的困境与突破研究

摘  要:随着学前教育事业的快速发展,幼儿园教师专业发展成为提升教育质量的关键议题,但其面临的困境亟待深入探讨。本研究旨在分析幼儿园教师专业发展的主要障碍,并探索有效的突破路径。通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,选取了不同地区、层次的幼儿园教师作为研究对象,系统收集并分析了相关数据。研究发现,当前幼儿园教师专业发展存在培训资源不足、评价机制单一及职业认同感较低等问题。为此,本研究提出构建多元化的培训体系、优化评价标准以及加强心理支持等策略。创新点在于将教师个体需求与区域教育资源相融合,提出了更具针对性和可操作性的解决方案,为相关政策制定提供了参考依据。研究成果对促进幼儿园教师专业成长、提升学前教育质量具有重要实践意义。

Abstract:With the rapid development of early childhood education, the professional development of kindergarten teachers has become a critical issue for improving educational quality, yet the challenges it faces require in-depth exploration. This study aims to analyze the primary obstacles to the professional development of kindergarten teachers and explore effective pathways for breakthroughs. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, this research systematically collected and analyzed relevant data from kindergarten teachers across different regions and levels. The findings reveal that the current professional development of kindergarten teachers is hindered by insufficient training resources, evaluation mechanism, and low levels of professional identity. In response, this study proposes strategies such as establishing a diversified training system, optimizing evaluation criteria, and enhancing psychological support. Its innovation lies in integrating individual teacher needs with regional educational resources, thereby offering more targeted and actionable solutions that can serve as a reference for policy formulation. The research outcomes hold significant practical implications for promoting the professional growth of kindergarten teachers and enhancing the overall quality of early childhood education.
