摘 要:幼儿身体运动能力的发展是其全面成长的重要组成部分,对身心健康、认知发展和社会适应具有深远影响。本研究基于当前幼儿运动能力培养中普遍存在的不足与挑战,旨在探索科学有效的促进策略。通过为期一年的跟踪实验,选取300名3至6岁幼儿作为研究对象,结合问卷调查、行为观察及生理指标测量等多维方法,系统分析了幼儿运动能力发展的规律及其影响因素。研究发现,合理的运动干预方案能够显著提升幼儿的身体协调性、力量和耐力,并对其情绪管理和社交能力产生积极影响。创新点在于构建了一套分龄段、个性化的运动促进模型,强调家庭、幼儿园与社区的协同作用。该研究为幼儿体育教育提供了理论支持和实践指导,有助于优化幼儿运动环境,推动其全面发展。

Abstract:The development of physical motor skills in young children is a critical component of their overall growth, with profound implications for physical and mental health, cognitive development, and social adaptation. In response to the prevalent shortcomings and challenges in current practices of fostering motor abilities among young children, this study aims to explore scientifically effective strategies for promotion. A one-year longitudinal experiment was conducted involving 300 children aged 3 to 6 years as research participants, utilizing multidimensional approaches such as questionnaires, behavioral observations, and physiological indicator measurements to systematically analyze the patterns of motor skill development and their influencing factors. The findings indicate that well-designed physical intervention programs can significantly enhance children's body coordination, strength, and endurance, while positively affecting their emotional regulation and social skills. An innovative contribution of this study is the establishment of an age-specific and personalized motor promotion model, which emphasizes the collaborative role of families, kindergartens, and communities. This research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for early childhood physical education, contributing to the optimization of children's physical activity environments and promoting their holistic development.
