摘 要:幼儿园特色文化建设是提升学前教育质量、促进儿童全面发展的重要途径。本研究基于当前我国学前教育领域对文化育人重视不足的现状,旨在探索适合幼儿园实际的特色文化建设路径。通过文献分析与实地调研相结合的方法,选取了三所具有代表性的幼儿园作为案例,深入考察其在环境创设、课程设计及家园共育等方面的实践策略。研究发现,将地方文化资源与园本特色有机结合,能够显著增强幼儿园文化的教育功能;同时,教师的专业素养和家长的参与程度是影响文化建设成效的关键因素。本研究创新性地提出了“三位一体”特色文化建设模式,即以环境为载体、课程为核心、家校合作为支撑,为同类研究提供了可借鉴的经验框架。研究成果不仅丰富了幼儿园文化理论体系,也为推动学前教育高质量发展提供了实践参考。

Abstract:The construction of kindergarten distinctive culture is an important approach to enhancing the quality of preschool education and promoting the comprehensive development of children. In response to the current insufficient emphasis on cultural nurturing in China's preschool education field, this study aims to explore feasible paths for distinctive culture construction that suit the practical needs of kindergartens. By integrating literature analysis with field research, three representative kindergartens were selected as case studies to examine their practical strategies in environmental design, curriculum development, and home-school collaboration. The findings indicate that integrating local cultural resources with kindergarten-specific characteristics can significantly strengthen the educational function of kindergarten culture. Moreover, teachers' professional competence and parental involvement are identified as critical factors influencing the effectiveness of culture construction. This study innovatively proposes a "trinity" distinctive culture construction model, which takes the environment as the carrier, the curriculum as the core, and home-school cooperation as the support. This fr amework provides valuable reference for similar research endeavors. The research outcomes not only enrich the theoretical system of kindergarten culture but also offer practical guidance for advancing the high-quality development of preschool education.
