幼儿园特色课程建设的探索研究

摘  要:随着学前教育改革的深入推进,幼儿园特色课程建设成为提升教育质量的重要途径。本研究以构建符合幼儿发展需求的特色课程为目标,基于国内外相关理论与实践经验,采用文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方法,系统探讨了幼儿园特色课程的设计、实施与评价机制。研究发现,特色课程应注重园所文化与地方资源的融合,强调幼儿兴趣与能力发展的平衡,并通过教师专业成长推动课程优化。创新点在于提出了“三位一体”的课程框架,即将主题探究、生活体验与艺术表达有机结合,为幼儿提供多元化的学习机会。此外,研究还开发了一套可操作性强的课程评价指标体系,为其他园所的课程建设提供了参考范式。结果表明,特色课程能够显著促进幼儿综合素养的发展,同时增强教师的课程开发能力,为学前教育领域的课程改革提供了有益借鉴。

Abstract:With the deepening of preschool education reform, the development of distinctive kindergarten curricula has become an important approach to enhancing educational quality. This study aims to construct characteristic curricula that align with the developmental needs of young children, drawing on both domestic and international theories and practical experiences. By integrating literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, the research systematically explores the design, implementation, and evaluation mechanisms of distinctive kindergarten curricula. The findings indicate that such curricula should emphasize the integration of institutional culture and local resources, balance children's interests with their capacity development, and promote curriculum optimization through teacher professional growth. An innovative contribution of this study is the proposal of a "trinity" curriculum fr amework, which organically combines thematic inquiry, life experience, and artistic ex pression to provide children with diversified learning opportunities. Additionally, the study develops a set of highly operational curriculum evaluation indicators, offering a reference model for curriculum construction in other kindergartens. The results demonstrate that distinctive curricula can significantly promote the comprehensive development of children's competencies while enhancing teachers' curriculum development abilities, providing valuable insights for curriculum reform in the field of preschool education.
