摘 要:随着幼儿教育事业的快速发展,幼儿教师专业素养的提升已成为推动学前教育质量提高的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨幼儿教师专业素养的培养路径与提升策略,通过文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方法,对当前幼儿教师专业素养现状进行系统评估。研究发现,幼儿教师在专业知识、教学技能和情感态度等方面存在显著差异,且外部支持环境对其专业发展具有重要影响。基于此,本研究提出以实践反思为核心、以协同合作为支撑的综合培养模式,并强调信息技术与幼儿教育深度融合的重要性。该研究创新性地构建了动态评价体系,为幼儿教师专业发展提供了科学依据和实践指导,同时为相关政策制定者优化培训机制提供了参考框架,从而促进幼儿教育整体水平的全面提升。

Abstract:With the rapid development of early childhood education, enhancing the professional competence of early childhood educators has become a critical factor in improving the quality of preschool education. This study aims to explore the cultivation pathways and enhancement strategies for the professional competence of early childhood educators by employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies to systematically evaluate the current status of their professional competence. The findings indicate significant variations among early childhood educators in terms of professional knowledge, teaching skills, and emotional attitudes, with external support environments playing a crucial role in their professional development. Based on these insights, this study proposes an integrated cultivation model centered on practical reflection and supported by collaborative cooperation, while emphasizing the importance of the deep integration of information technology with early childhood education. Innovatively, this research constructs a dynamic evaluation system that provides a scientific basis and practical guidance for the professional development of early childhood educators, as well as a reference fr amework for policymakers to optimize training mechanisms, thereby promoting the overall improvement of early childhood education standards.
