城市与农村学前教育差距及改善策略研究

摘  要:随着我国经济社会快速发展,城乡学前教育差距问题日益凸显,成为制约教育公平与质量提升的重要因素。本研究旨在深入探讨城市与农村学前教育在资源配置、师资力量、教学条件及教育理念等方面的差异,并提出针对性的改善策略。研究采用问卷调查、实地访谈与数据分析相结合的方法,选取全国范围内具有代表性的城市和农村幼儿园作为样本,系统评估了当前学前教育的发展现状与存在问题。研究发现,农村地区在硬件设施、教师专业素养及课程设计等方面显著落后于城市,同时家长教育意识薄弱进一步加剧了这一差距。基于此,本文创新性地提出了“区域联动发展”模式,通过政策支持、资源倾斜与技术赋能,促进城乡学前教育均衡发展。研究结果为相关政策制定提供了科学依据,也为缩小城乡学前教育差距贡献了实践可行的解决方案。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's economy and society, the gap between urban and rural preschool education has become increasingly prominent, becoming a critical factor that constrains educational equity and quality improvement. This study aims to explore the disparities in resource allocation, teacher competence, teaching conditions, and educational philosophies between urban and rural preschool education, while proposing targeted strategies for improvement. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys, field interviews, and data analysis, this research systematically evaluates the current status and existing issues of preschool education using representative urban and rural kindergartens across the country as samples. The findings indicate that rural areas significantly lag behind urban areas in terms of physical facilities, teacher professional standards, and curriculum design, while weak parental educational awareness further exacerbates this disparity. In response, this paper innovatively proposes a "regional联动development" model, which promotes balanced urban-rural preschool education through policy support, resource reallocation, and technological empowerment. The results of this study provide a scientific basis for relevant policy formulation and contribute practical and feasible solutions to narrowing the gap in preschool education between urban and rural areas.
