摘要
随着社会的快速发展,幼儿社会性行为的培养日益受到社会各界的关注。幼儿期是社会性发展的关键阶段,良好的社会性行为不仅有助于幼儿个性与社会性的协调发展,更是其未来成功融入社会、适应复杂多变环境的重要基石。然而,当前在幼儿社会性行为培养过程中,面临着家庭与幼儿园教育不一致、幼儿个体差异显著、社会环境复杂多变以及教育者认知不足等多重难点。这些难点不仅影响了幼儿社会性行为的健康发展,也对幼儿园及家庭教育的有效性提出了严峻挑战。本研究以幼儿社会性行为培养为核心,旨在探讨其过程中的难点与对策。首先,从幼儿社会性发展理论、社会学习理论和生态系统理论出发,系统阐述了幼儿社会性行为培养的理论基础。随后,分析了幼儿社会性行为培养在促进幼儿个性与社会性协调发展、为未来社会适应奠定基础等方面的重要作用。针对当前培养过程中存在的家庭与幼儿园教育不一致性、幼儿个体差异应对挑战、社会环境复杂性影响以及教育者认知不足等难点,本研究提出了加强家园合作、统一教育理念,尊重个体差异、实施个性化教育,营造积极社会环境、净化教育生态,以及提升教育者专业素养、强化师资培训等对策。通过实施这些对策,旨在为幼儿社会性行为的培养提供有力支持,促进幼儿全面、健康、和谐地发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of society, the cultivation of social behavior in young children has received increasing attention from all sectors of society. Early childhood is a critical stage of social development, and good social behavior not only contributes to the coordinated development of children's personality and sociality, but also serves as an important cornerstone for their successful integration into society and adaptation to complex and changing environments in the future. However, in the current process of cultivating social behavior in young children, there are multiple difficulties such as inconsistency between family and kindergarten education, significant individual differences among young children, complex and changing social environments, and insufficient cognitive abilities of educators. These difficulties not only affect the healthy development of children's social behavior, but also pose serious challenges to the effectiveness of kindergarten and family education. This study focuses on the cultivation of social behavior in young children, aiming to explore the difficulties and countermeasures in the process. Firstly, starting from the theories of early childhood social development, social learning, and ecosystem theory, the theoretical basis for cultivating young children's social behavior is systematically expounded. Subsequently, the important role of cultivating children's social behavior in promoting the coordinated development of their personality and sociality, and laying the foundation for future social adaptation was analyzed. In response to the difficulties in the current training process, such as the inconsistency between family and kindergarten education, individual differences in young children's response to challenges, the complexity of the social environment, and insufficient cognition of educators, this study proposes measures to strengthen home school cooperation, unify educational concepts, respect individual differences, implement personalized education, create a positive social environment, purify the educational ecology, and enhance the professional competence of educators and strengthen teacher training. By implementing these measures, the aim is to provide strong support for the cultivation of social behavior in young children and promote their comprehensive, healthy, and harmonious development.
