摘 要：互联网时代的快速发展为公共事业信息公开提供了新的机遇与挑战，本研究旨在探索提升信息公开效率与透明度的有效路径。基于当前我国公共事业信息公开存在的信息碎片化、公众参与不足及技术应用局限等问题，本文综合运用文献分析、案例研究与问卷调查等方法，深入剖析了信息公开的现状及其影响因素。研究发现，通过构建智能化公开平台、优化信息分类标准以及强化公众互动机制，能够显著提升信息公开的质量与效果。此外，本研究创新性地提出了“数据驱动型公开模式”，强调以用户需求为导向的信息供给优化策略，并结合区块链技术确保信息的真实性和可追溯性。该模式不仅弥补了传统信息公开方式的不足，还为相关政策制定提供了理论支持与实践参考，对推动互联网时代公共治理现代化具有重要意义。

Abstract：The rapid development of the Internet era has provided new opportunities and challenges for public service information disclosure, and this study aims to explore effective approaches to enhancing the efficiency and transparency of information disclosure. Based on the issues of information fragmentation, insufficient public participation, and limitations in technological application currently present in China's public service information disclosure, this paper employs a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys to comprehensively examine the current status of information disclosure and its influencing factors. The findings indicate that constructing intelligent disclosure platforms, optimizing information classification standards, and strengthening public interaction mechanisms can significantly improve the quality and effectiveness of information disclosure. Furthermore, this study innovatively proposes a "data-driven disclosure model," which emphasizes an information supply optimization strategy oriented towards user needs and integrates blockchain technology to ensure the authenticity and traceability of information. This model not only addresses the shortcomings of traditional disclosure methods but also provides theoretical support and practical references for relevant policy formulation, playing a crucial role in advancing the modernization of public governance in the Internet era.
