摘 要:随着我国城市化进程的加速,流动儿童教育融入问题日益凸显,成为社会关注的焦点。本研究旨在探讨城市流动儿童在教育融入过程中面临的挑战及其解决对策,以促进教育公平与社会和谐。研究采用定量与定性相结合的方法,通过问卷调查、深度访谈和案例分析,收集了来自多个城市的样本数据,全面评估流动儿童在学业适应、社会交往及心理发展等方面的表现。结果显示,流动儿童在教育资源获取、文化认同和社会支持方面存在显著障碍,这些问题对其教育融入产生了深远影响。本研究创新性地提出了“多层次支持体系”框架,强调政府、学校、家庭与社区的协同作用,并设计了针对性的干预措施。研究结论表明,构建包容性教育环境和提升社会支持水平是改善流动儿童教育融入的关键路径,为相关政策制定提供了理论依据和实践参考。

Research on the Educational Integration of Migrant Children in Urban Areas and Countermeasures

Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the issue of educational integration for migrant children has become increasingly prominent and a focal point of societal concern. This study aims to explore the challenges faced by urban migrant children in the process of educational integration and propose corresponding solutions to promote educational equity and social harmony. By employing a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative research, data were collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and case analyses from samples across multiple cities, comprehensively evaluating the performance of migrant children in academic adaptation, social interaction, and psychological development. The findings reveal significant barriers in resource access, cultural identity, and social support, which have profound implications for their educational integration. Innovatively, this study proposes a "multi-level support system" fr amework, emphasizing the collaborative roles of government, schools, families, and communities, while designing targeted intervention measures. The conclusion indicates that constructing an inclusive educational environment and enhancing social support are critical pathways to improving the educational integration of migrant children, providing theoretical foundations and practical references for relevant policy formulation.
