农产品供应链优化策略与管理模式研究 -农学专业

摘要

随着全球化进程加快和农业现代化发展，农产品供应链面临着诸多挑战，如供需信息不对称、物流成本高、质量安全难以保障等。本研究旨在通过优化农产品供应链策略与管理模式，提升整体运作效率并确保产品质量安全。基于此目的，构建了包含生产者、加工企业、物流企业、零售商及消费者在内的多主体互动模型，揭示了各环节之间的内在联系与制约机制。研究发现，建立信息共享平台可有效降低交易成本，提高响应速度；引入第三方物流服务有助于整合资源，实现规模经济；实施全程质量追溯体系能够增强消费者信任度。此外，本研究创新性地提出了基于区块链技术的质量安全保障方案，为解决传统模式下存在的数据篡改风险提供了新思路。研究结果表明，通过上述优化措施的应用，不仅能够显著改善供应链绩效，还为相关政策制定提供了理论依据，对推动我国农业产业化发展具有重要现实意义。

Research on Optimization Strategies and Management Models for Agricultural Product Supply Chains

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of globalization and the development of agricultural modernization, the supply chain of agricultural products is faced with many challenges, such as asymmetric supply and demand information, high logistics costs, and difficult to guarantee quality and safety. This study aims to improve the overall operational efficiency and ensure product quality and safety by optimizing the strategy and management mode of agricultural supply chain. Based on this purpose, the multi-agent interaction model including producers, processing enterprises, logistics enterprises, retailers and consumers is constructed, and the internal connection and restriction mechanism between each link is revealed. It is found that the establishment of information sharing platform can effectively reduce transaction costs and improve response speed; The introduction of third-party logistics services helps to integrate resources and achieve economies of scale; The implementation of a whole-process quality traceability system can enhance consumer trust. In addition, this study innovatively proposes a quality security guarantee scheme based on blockchain technology, which provides a new way to solve the risk of data tampering in the traditional mode. The results show that the application of the above optimization measures can not only significantly improve the supply chain performance, but also provide a theoretical basis for relevant policy formulation, which has important practical significance for promoting the development of agricultural industrialization in China.
