摘 要
农业水资源管理与节水灌溉技术的创新应用旨在应对全球气候变化和水资源短缺对农业生产带来的严峻挑战。随着人口增长和城市化进程加快,农业用水需求不断增加,而水资源总量有限且分布不均,传统灌溉方式效率低下、浪费严重,亟需探索高效节水的新模式。本研究以提高农业水资源利用效率为核心目标,通过综合运用遥感监测、地理信息系统、物联网等现代信息技术,构建了智能化灌溉决策支持系统,实现了对农田土壤墒情、作物生长状况的实时动态监测。该系统还具备良好的扩展性和兼容性,能够与其他农业信息化平台无缝对接,为实现智慧农业提供了有力支撑。本研究不仅为解决我国农业水资源供需矛盾提供了有效途径,也为全球干旱半干旱地区农业可持续发展贡献了中国智慧和方案。

Innovative Applications of Agricultural Water Resources Management and Water-Saving Irrigation Technologies
ABSTRACT
The innovative application of agricultural water resources management and water-saving irrigation technology aims to address the severe challenges brought by global climate change and water scarcity to agricultural production. With the growth of population and the acceleration of urbanization, the demand for agricultural water is constantly increasing, while the total amount of water resources is limited and uneven distribution, traditional irrigation methods are inefficient and serious waste, and it is urgent to explore a new model of efficient water saving. With the core goal of improving the efficiency of agricultural water resources utilization, this study built an intelligent irrigation decision support system through comprehensive application of remote sensing monitoring, geographic information system, Internet of Things and other modern information technologies, and realized real-time dynamic monitoring of soil moisture and crop growth in farmland. The system also has good scalability and compatibility, and can be seamlessly connected with other agricultural information platforms, providing strong support for the realization of smart agriculture. This study not only provides an effective way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural water resources in China, but also contributes Chinese wisdom and solutions to the sustainable development of agriculture in the global arid and semi-arid areas.
