植物病害流行规律及综合防控策略的制定原则









摘  要


随着全球气候变化和农业种植结构的调整植物病害的发生频率和危害程度显著增加严重威胁着农业生产安全和生态平衡。本研究基于系统调查分析了不同生态区域代表性植物病害的流行特点结合分子生物学、生态学等多学科手段深入探讨了病原物致病性变异、寄主抗病性变化以及环境因子对病害流行的影响机制。通过建立数学模型模拟预测病害流行趋势为制定精准防控策略提供理论依据。研究结果表明,病害流行受多种因素协同作用其中气候条件、栽培管理措施和品种布局是关键影响因素。创新性地提出了以风险评估为导向的分区分类防控理念强调源头治理与全程控制相结合注重绿色防控技术集成应用。该研究不仅丰富了植物病理学基础理论而且为保障国家粮食安全和农业可持续发展提供了重要的技术支持。

Principles of Developing Integrated Control Strategies for Plant Disease Epidemics and Their Dynamics


ABSTRACT


With the change of global climate and the adjustment of agricultural planting structure, the occurrence frequency and harm degree of plant diseases have increased significantly, which seriously threatens the security of agricultural production and ecological balance. Based on systematic investigation and analysis of the epidemic characteristics of representative plant diseases in different ecological regions, this study combined with molecular biology, ecology and other multidisciplinary methods to deeply explore the pathogenicity variation of pathogens, host resistance changes and environmental factors on the mechanism of disease epidemic. The establishment of mathematical model to simulate and predict the epidemic trend of the disease provides a theoretical basis for formulating accurate prevention and control strategies. The results showed that the disease prevalence was influenced by many factors, among which climatic conditions, cultivation management measures and variety layout were the key factors. It innovatively proposed a risk-assessment-oriented zoning and classified prevention and control concept, emphasizing the combination of source control and whole-process control and the integrated application of green prevention and control technology. The research not only enriched the basic theory of plant pathology but also provided important technical support for ensuring national food security and sustainable agricultural development.
