摘 要
全球粮食安全面临人口增长、气候变化、资源短缺等多重挑战,为应对这些挑战并保障粮食安全,本研究聚焦农业科技创新的应对策略。精准农业技术的应用可显著提高作物产量与质量,如借助卫星遥感、地理信息系统实现农田精细化管理;基因编辑技术有助于培育抗逆性强的新品种,增强农作物对极端气候的适应能力;智能农机装备的研发推广则提高了农业生产效率。同时发现,构建完善的农业科技成果转化体系是关键,通过政府引导、企业参与、农民培训等多主体协同合作模式,加速科技成果向现实生产力转化。本研究创新性地提出从技术创新到应用推广全链条视角审视农业科技创新对粮食安全的影响机制,强调跨学科融合的重要性,为全球范围内制定科学合理的粮食安全政策提供了理论依据与实践参考,具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。

Global Food Security Challenges and Strategic Responses through Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation
ABSTRACT
Global food security faces multiple challenges such as population growth, climate change, and resource shortage. In order to meet these challenges and ensure food security, this study focuses on the coping strategies of agricultural scientific and technological innovation. The application of precision agriculture technology can significantly improve crop yield and quality, such as the use of satellite remote sensing, geographic information system to achieve fine farmland management; Gene editing technology can help cultivate new varieties with strong stress resistance and enhance the ability of crops to adapt to extreme weather. The research and development of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment has improved agricultural production efficiency. At the same time, it is found that it is the key to build a sound transformation system of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productivity through a multi-subject cooperative mode such as government guidance, enterprise participation and farmer training. This study innovatively proposes to examine the impact mechanism of agricultural science and technology innovation on food security from the perspective of technological innovation to application and promotion, emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary integration, and provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the formulation of scientific and reasonable food security policies on a global scale, which has important academic value and practical significance.
