农药残留对农产品质量安全的影响及防控措施 -农学专业

摘要

随着现代农业的发展，农药在农作物病虫害防治中发挥着不可替代的作用，但其残留问题也对农产品质量安全构成严重威胁。本研究旨在探讨农药残留对农产品质量安全的影响及防控措施，以期为保障农产品安全提供理论依据和技术支持。部分农产品中存在不同程度的农药残留超标现象，其中有机磷类和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留较为突出。进一步研究发现，农药残留不仅影响农产品的食用安全性，还可能通过食物链累积对人体健康造成长期潜在危害。基于此，提出从源头控制农药使用，加强农药残留监测体系建设，推广绿色防控技术，完善法律法规标准体系等防控措施，创新性地构建了涵盖产前、产中、产后全过程的农产品质量安全保障模式，为解决农药残留问题提供了新思路，对提升农产品质量安全水平具有重要意义。

Impact of Pesticide Residues on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products and Control Measures

ABSTRACT

With the development of modern agriculture, pesticides play an irreplaceable role in crop pest control, but their residues also pose a serious threat to the quality and safety of agricultural products. The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of pesticide residues on the quality and safety of agricultural products and the prevention and control measures, in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for ensuring the safety of agricultural products. In some agricultural products, pesticide residues exceeded the standard in different degrees, among which the residues of organophosphorus and pyrethroids were more prominent. Further research found that pesticide residues not only affect the edible safety of agricultural products, but also may cause long-term potential harm to human health through the accumulation of food chain. Based on this, it is proposed to control pesticide use from the source, strengthen the construction of pesticide residue monitoring system, promote green prevention and control technology, improve laws and regulations standard system and other prevention and control measures, and innovatively build a quality and safety guarantee model of agricultural products covering the whole process of prenatal, postpartum and postpartum, providing new ideas for solving the problem of pesticide residue. It is of great significance to improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products.
