摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,农业正经历着从传统模式向信息化、智能化转型的关键时期。本研究旨在探讨中国农业信息化与智能化转型的路径及面临的主要障碍。研究发现,当前农业信息化建设已取得初步成效,但在技术应用深度、数据共享机制、人才队伍建设等方面仍存在诸多挑战。具体表现为:基础设施建设不均衡,区域间发展差异明显;信息孤岛现象严重,制约了数据的有效利用;复合型人才培养滞后,难以满足行业快速发展需求。针对上述问题,本文提出构建“政产学研用”协同创新体系,推动农业大数据平台建设,完善相关政策法规保障,加强跨学科人才培养等对策建议。研究结果表明,实现农业信息化与智能化转型需要政府、企业、科研机构等多方主体共同参与,形成合力。本研究创新性地将信息技术与农业实践深度融合,为破解农业现代化进程中的关键难题提供了理论依据和实践参考,具有重要的现实意义。

Analysis of Pathways and Barriers to the Informatization and Intelligent Transformation of Agriculture
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology, agriculture is experiencing a critical period of transformation from traditional mode to information and intelligence. The purpose of this study is to explore the path and main obstacles of China's agricultural informatization and intelligent transformation. The study found that the current agricultural informatization construction has achieved initial results, but there are still many challenges in the depth of technology application, data sharing mechanism, talent team construction and other aspects. The concrete performance is: the infrastructure construction is not balanced, the development difference between regions is obvious; The phenomenon of information island is serious, which restricts the effective use of data. Compound talent training lags behind, it is difficult to meet the needs of the rapid development of the industry. In response to the above problems, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as building a collaborative innovation system of "government, industry, university and research", promoting the construction of agricultural big data platform, improving relevant policies and regulations, and strengthening the training of interdisciplinary talents. The research results show that the realization of agricultural informatization and intelligent transformation requires the participation of government, enterprises, scientific research institutions and other multi-subjects to form a joint force. This research innovatively integrates information technology and agricultural practice deeply, provides theoretical basis and practical reference for solving the key problems in the process of agricultural modernization, and has important practical significance.
