摘 要
随着毒品问题的日益严峻，社区戒毒人员的社会康复成为社会治理的重要议题。本研究基于社会工作视角，旨在探索有效的社区戒毒人员社会康复路径，以促进其重新融入社会。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理，结合实地调研，选取了某地多个典型社区作为研究样本，运用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法，深入了解社区戒毒人员在生理、心理、社会关系等方面的需求及面临的困境。研究发现，社区戒毒人员普遍存在社会支持系统薄弱、就业困难、心理压力大等问题，传统单一的康复模式难以满足其多元化需求。创新性地提出构建多主体协同参与的社会康复体系，整合政府、社会组织、家庭等多方资源，形成全方位、个性化的帮扶机制。同时，强调发挥社会工作的专业优势，如个案管理、小组工作等方法，为戒毒人员提供持续性的支持与引导。

Abstract
With the increasingly severe drug problem, the social rehabilitation of community drug addicts has become an important issue of social governance. Based on the social work perspective, this study aims to explore effective social rehabilitation paths for community drug addicts to promote their reintegration into society. Through sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with field research, several typical communities in a certain place were selected as research samples, and the combination of questionnaire survey and interview was used to deeply understand the needs and difficulties of community drug addicts in terms of physical, psychological and social relations. The study found that the community drug addicts generally have problems such as weak social support system, employment difficulties and high psychological pressure, and the traditional single rehabilitation model is difficult to meet their diversified needs. It innovatively proposes to build a social rehabilitation system with multi-subject cooperative participation, integrate the government, social organizations, families and other multiple resources, and form a comprehensive and personalized support mechanism. At the same time, it emphasizes the professional advantages of social work, such as case management, group work and other methods, to provide continuous support and guidance for drug addicts.
