摘    要


  在全球化背景下,跨文化交往日益频繁,不同文化背景下的社会工作价值观存在差异并引发冲突,这不仅影响服务效果,还制约着社会工作的国际化发展进程。本研究旨在探讨跨文化交往中社会工作价值冲突的表现形式、成因及其整合策略。价值冲突主要体现在专业伦理标准、服务理念以及实践模式等方面,其根源在于文化传统、社会制度及历史发展的差异。针对这些问题提出构建多元包容的价值体系、加强文化交流互鉴、完善本土化适应机制等整合策略。本研究创新性地将宏观文化理论与微观实务操作相结合,为解决跨文化情境下社会工作面临的挑战提供了理论依据和实践指导,有助于推动社会工作领域的国际交流与合作,促进全球社会工作事业的协同发展。

Abstract

  In the context of globalization, cross-cultural communication is becoming more and more frequent, and the values of social work in different cultural backgrounds are different and lead to conflicts, which not only affects the service effect, but also restricts the international development of social work. The purpose of this study is to explore the forms, causes and integration strategies of social work value conflict in cross-cultural communication. The conflict of values is mainly reflected in professional ethical standards, service concepts and practice patterns, which is rooted in the differences of cultural traditions, social systems and historical development. In response to these problems, integrated strategies such as building a pluralistic and inclusive value system, strengthening cultural exchanges and mutual learning, and improving the localization and adaptation mechanism are proposed. This research innovatively combines macro-cultural theory with micro-practical operation, provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for solving the challenges faced by social work in cross-cultural context, and is conducive to promoting international exchanges and cooperation in the field of social work and promoting the coordinated development of global social work.
