随着市场经济的发展和消费模式的多样化,消费者权益保护面临新的挑战,民法典作为民事领域的基本法律,在消费者权益保护方面进行了诸多创新性规定。本研究旨在探讨民法典对消费者权益保护的强化措施及其影响,以期为完善消费者权益保护体系提供理论支持。通过对民法典相关条款的深入解读,结合案例分析等方法,发现民法典在立法理念上更加注重公平正义与效率平衡,明确经营者告知义务、产品责任界定等内容,扩大了消费者知情权范围,强化了对弱势群体消费者的特别保护,如老年人、未成年人等。同时,民法典确立了惩罚性赔偿制度,提高了违法成本,增强了威慑力。此外,还优化了合同订立规则,规范格式条款使用,保障消费者选择权。这些措施不仅直接提升了消费者权益保护水平,而且间接推动了市场秩序的规范发展,促使企业更加重视产品质量和服务水平,有利于构建健康和谐的消费环境,为民法典背景下消费者权益保护提供了新思路,丰富和发展了我国消费者权益保护理论体系。

Abstract
With the development of the market economy and the diversification of consumption patterns, consumer rights protection faces new challenges. As the fundamental law in civil affairs, the Civil Code has introduced numerous innovative provisions to enhance consumer rights protection. This study aims to explore the reinforcing measures and impacts of the Civil Code on consumer rights protection, providing theoretical support for improving the consumer rights protection system. Through an in-depth interpretation of relevant articles in the Civil Code and case analysis, it is found that the Civil Code places greater emphasis on balancing fairness, justice, and efficiency in its legislative philosophy. It clarifies the obligations of operators to inform, defines product liability, and expands the scope of consumers' right to know. The Civil Code also strengthens special protections for vulnerable consumer groups such as the elderly and minors. Furthermore, it establishes a punitive damages system, increasing the cost of violations and enhancing deterrence. Additionally, the Civil Code optimizes contract formation rules and standardizes the use of standard terms, safeguarding consumers' right to choose. These measures not only directly improve the level of consumer rights protection but also indirectly promote the standardization and development of market order, encouraging enterprises to place greater importance on product quality and service levels. This contributes to building a healthy and harmonious consumption environment, offering new perspectives on consumer rights protection under the fr amework of the Civil Code, and enriching and developing China's theoretical system of consumer rights protection.
