摘 要
大豆作为重要的经济作物,其根系发育与土壤类型的关联性研究具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨不同土壤类型对大豆根系形态、结构及功能的影响,以期为优化栽培措施提供理论依据。通过对典型黑土、红壤、褐土等代表性土壤类型进行田间试验和室内分析,采用根系扫描仪、X射线微CT等先进设备,系统测量了大豆根系长度、表面积、体积以及分枝特征等参数。研究发现,在不同土壤条件下,大豆根系表现出显著差异,其中黑土环境下根系发达程度最高,红壤次之,褐土最低;且根系在通气性良好、有机质含量高的土壤中生长优势明显。创新点在于首次建立了基于多光谱成像技术的大豆根系三维重建模型,实现了对活体根系动态监测,为深入理解根土互作机制提供了新思路。研究表明,改良土壤结构、提高土壤肥力是促进大豆根系健康发育的关键因素,该成果为精准农业发展提供了重要参考。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOYBEAN ROOT DEVELOPMENT AND SOIL TYPE
ABSTRACT
As an important cash crop, it is of great significance to study the relationship between root development and soil type of soybean. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different soil types on the morphology, structure and function of soybean roots, in order to provide theoretical basis for optimizing cultivation measures. Field experiment and laboratory analysis were conducted on typical black soil, red soil, brown soil and other representative soil types, and advanced equipment such as root scanner and X-ray microCT were used to systematically measure soybean root length, surface area, volume and branch characteristics. The results showed that soybean roots showed significant differences under different soil conditions, among which black soil was the most developed, followed by red soil and brown soil. Moreover, the root system has obvious growth advantage in the soil with good ventilation and high organic matter content. The innovation point is that the three-dimensional reconstruction model of soybean root based on multi-spectral imaging technology was established for the first time, which realized the dynamic monitoring of live roots, and provided a new idea for in-depth understanding of root-soil interaction mechanism. The results show that improving soil structure and improving soil fertility are the key factors to promote the healthy development of soybean roots, and the results provide an important reference for the development of precision agriculture.
