摘 要
随着经济结构调整和产业转型,失业问题日益凸显,对社会稳定和个人发展构成挑战。本研究旨在探讨社会工作在促进失业人员再就业方面的作用机制与支持策略,以提升失业人员的就业能力和社会融入度。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合实地调研和案例分析,选取了具有代表性的失业群体为研究对象,运用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,深入剖析了失业人员面临的困境及其需求特征。研究发现,社会工作者通过提供个性化的职业指导、心理支持、技能培训等多元化服务,能够有效缓解失业人员的心理压力,增强其就业信心,提高求职技能。创新之处在于构建了“政府 - 社会组织 - 企业”三位一体的合作模式,强调跨部门协作和社会资源整合的重要性,形成了从就业援助到职业发展的全程服务体系。研究结果表明,这种综合性支持体系不仅有助于解决短期就业难题,更能从根本上改善失业人员的职业生涯规划和发展路径,为完善我国就业服务体系提供了理论依据和实践参考。

Abstract
With the adjustment of economic structure and industrial transformation, unemployment has become an increasingly prominent issue, posing challenges to social stability and individual development. This study aims to explore the mechanisms and support strategies of social work in promoting re-employment among unemployed individuals, thereby enhancing their employability and social integration. By systematically reviewing relevant domestic and international literature, complemented with field research and case analysis, this study selected representative groups of unemployed individuals as research subjects. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative and quantitative research, it thoroughly analyzed the difficulties and demand characteristics faced by unemployed individuals. The findings indicate that social workers, through providing personalized career guidance, psychological support, and skill training services, can effectively alleviate psychological pressure, boost employment confidence, and improve job-seeking skills among the unemployed. An innovative aspect of this study is the construction of a tripartite cooperation model involving government, social organizations, and enterprises, emphasizing the importance of inter-departmental collaboration and social resource integration, thus forming a comprehensive service system from employment assistance to career development. The results show that this integrated support system not only helps address short-term employment issues but also fundamentally improves career planning and development paths for unemployed individuals, providing theoretical foundations and practical references for refining China’s employment service system.

Abstract
