摘 要
特殊教育学校的老师担负着对身体和心理有残疾的学生的教育工作,他们所面对的困难与压力是相当大的。随着工作内容越来越复杂,工作强度越来越大,工作岗位的多元化也越来越明显。在国内,虽然对教师的工作压力进行了大量的研究,但是针对特殊学校的教师这一特定人群的研究还很少。这一缺陷使得我们对于特殊学校的师资队伍的实际情况并不清楚。要想真正地缓解他们的压力,优化他们的工作环境,就必须要对他们进行全方位的调查,剖析他们的工作压力,剖析他们的形成机理,从而更好地应对他们的压力,优化他们的工作环境。通过本课题的研究,可以促进特教师资队伍建设,促进特教师资队伍建设,促进特教事业的发展。

Abstract
Special education teachers are responsible for educating those with physical and mental disabilities, and face great challenges and pressures different from ordinary teachers. Due to the complexity of work content, the intensity of work and the diversity of roles, their professional pressure is increasingly prominent. In China, although the research on teacher professional pressure is endless, the research focusing on special education teachers is still insufficient. This lack makes us lack a deep understanding of the real professional situation of special education teachers. In order to effectively help them cope with the pressure and optimize the working environment, we urgently need to comprehensively explore the current situation of the professional pressure of special education teachers, analyze the influencing factors behind it, and reveal its production mechanism. Such research can not only improve the overall quality of special education, but also provide strong support for the career development and physical and mental health of special education teachers, and thus promote the great progress of the whole field of special education.
