社会工作视角下的残疾人就业促进研究

摘    要

本研究聚焦于社会工作在残疾人就业促进中的作用与实践路径。通过深入分析残疾人就业现状，发现其在数量与比例、行业与岗位分布等方面存在的不均衡问题，以及面临的社会认知偏见、就业政策不完善、自身能力不足等挑战。针对这些问题，社会工作通过政策倡导、资源链接与整合、社会文化环境营造等方式，有效促进了残疾人就业。政策倡导与制度完善是社会工作推动残疾人就业的关键环节，通过推动残疾人就业政策的制定与执行，优化服务制度，为残疾人就业提供有力保障。此外，营造包容性的社会文化环境，提升社会对残疾人就业的认知与接纳，也是社会工作的重要任务。

Abstract 
This study focuses on the role and practical path of social work in the employment promotion of persons with disabilities. Through in-depth analysis of the employment status of the disabled, it is found that the number and proportion, industry and job distribution and other aspects of the imbalance, as well as the social cognitive bias, employment policy is not perfect, the lack of their own ability and other challenges. In response to these problems, social work has effectively promoted the employment of persons with disabilities through policy advocacy, resource linking and integration, and social and cultural environment creation. Policy advocacy and system improvement are the key links of social work to promote the employment of persons with disabilities. Through promoting the formulation and implementation of employment policies for persons with disabilities, optimizing the service system provides a strong guarantee for the employment of persons with disabilities. In addition, it is also an important task of social work to create an inclusive social and cultural environment and enhance social awareness and acceptance of the employment of persons with disabilities.
