在当今社会,残疾人就业问题已成为全球关注的焦点。尽管近年来残疾人的教育和就业机会有所增加,但他们在就业市场中仍面临诸多挑战和障碍。本文全面审视了残疾人就业的现状与面临的挑战,并深入探讨了社会工作在促进残疾人就业中的关键作用与策略。文章首先概述了残疾人就业的现状,指出其面临的劳动力市场歧视、教育与技能培训不足、物理环境无障碍性缺失等核心问题,并分析了社会观念、经济环境及就业信息获取等社会因素对残疾人就业的影响。随后,文章明确了社会工作在残疾人就业中的多重角色,包括提供职业咨询与能力评估、就业培训与教育支持、以及职场适应与就业援助等关键服务,旨在增强残疾人的就业竞争力和适应能力。通过国内外成功案例的对比分析,文章揭示了社会工作在提升残疾人就业率方面的有效路径和可借鉴经验。基于上述分析,文章提出了提升残疾人就业率的综合策略,包括加强公众意识教育以促进社会包容性、优化无障碍环境与设施建设、建立多元化的就业服务与职业指导体系,以及鼓励企业承担社会责任,积极吸纳残疾人就业。这些策略旨在构建一个更加公平、包容和支持性的就业环境,助力残疾人实现自我价值和社会融入。最后,文章总结了研究的主要发现,并对未来研究方向进行了展望,强调持续关注和推动社会工作在残疾人就业领域的创新与发展,为实现残疾人全面发展和社会共同富裕贡献力量。

Abstract
In today's society, the issue of employment for people with disabilities has become a global focus of attention. Despite the increase in education and employment opportunities for people with disabilities in recent years, they still face many challenges and obstacles in the job market. This article comprehensively examines the current situation and challenges faced by people with disabilities in employment, and deeply explores the key role and strategies of social work in promoting the employment of people with disabilities. The article first outlines the current situation of employment for people with disabilities, pointing out core issues such as labor market discrimination, insufficient education and skills training, and lack of physical accessibility. It also analyzes the impact of social factors such as social attitudes, economic environment, and access to employment information on the employment of people with disabilities. Subsequently, the article clarified the multiple roles of social work in the employment of people with disabilities, including providing key services such as career counseling and ability assessment, employment training and education support, as well as workplace adaptation and employment assistance, aiming to enhance the employment competitiveness and adaptability of people with disabilities. Through comparative analysis of successful cases at home and abroad, the article reveals the effective path and reference experience of social work in improving the employment rate of people with disabilities.These strategies aim to create a more fair, inclusive, and supportive employment environment that helps people with disabilities realize their self-worth and social integration. Finally, the article summarizes the main findings of the research and looks forward to future research directions, emphasizing the continuous attention and promotion of social work innovation and development in the field of employment for people with disabilities, and contributing to the comprehensive development of people with disabilities and the common prosperity of society.
