摘 要
婚姻无效制度是维护婚姻的合法性和公平性、保护弱势群体的权益以及防止婚姻欺诈和不当利用的重要法律措施。然而，我国的婚姻无效制度存在一些问题，如法律适用的不确定性、缺乏统一的标准和程序、证据收集和确定的难度，以及对当事人合法权益保护不足等。为了完善和改进婚姻无效制度，有必要明确法律适用的标准和范围，建立统一的申请和审理程序，加强证据收集和确定的方式，以及加强对当事人权益的保护措施。通过这些措施的实施，可以进一步提高我国婚姻无效制度的效力和公正性，保障婚姻的合法性和公平性，促进社会稳定和家庭幸福。婚姻无效制度的完善与改进是当下社会法律发展的重要课题，需要注重法律的适用性和公正性，确保当事人的合法权益得到充分保护。只有通过持续的改革和完善，才能使婚姻无效制度在实践中发挥更大的作用，实现社会和谐与稳定的婚姻关系。
