摘 要
随着互联网技术的迅猛发展，网络虚拟财产作为一种新兴的财产权益逐渐进入公众视野，其继承问题也成为法学领域亟待解决的重要课题。本研究旨在探讨网络虚拟财产的法律属性及其在继承法中的适用规则，通过文献分析、比较研究与案例考察等方法，系统梳理国内外相关立法与司法实践，并结合我国现行继承法框架提出具体解决方案。研究发现，网络虚拟财产具有财产性、可继承性和法律保护必要性，但其特殊性决定了传统继承规则无法完全适应其需求。为此，本文创新性地提出了分类管理与协议优先原则，建议根据不同类型的虚拟财产特点构建差异化的继承规则体系，同时明确平台方的责任与义务，以平衡各方利益。本研究还强调了技术手段在虚拟财产继承中的重要作用，主张引入区块链等技术保障继承过程的安全与透明。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology, network virtual property, as a new property rights and interests, has gradually entered the public eye, and its inheritance has become an important issue to be solved in the field of law. The purpose of this study is to explore the legal attributes of network virtual property and its applicable rules in inheritance law. Through literature analysis, comparative study and case study, this study systematically combs the relevant legislation and judicial practice at home and abroad, and proposes specific solutions based on the current inheritance law fr amework in China. It is found that the network virtual property has property, inheritability and legal protection necessity, but its particularity determines that the traditional inheritance rules can not fully adapt to its needs. Therefore, this paper innovatively puts forward the principle of classification management and protocol priority, proposes to build a differentiated inheritance rule system according to the characteristics of different types of virtual property, and clarify the responsibilities and obligations of the platform to balance the interests of all parties. This study also emphasizes the important role of technological means in virtual property inheritance, advocating the introduction of technologies such as blockchain to ensure the security and transparency of the inheritance process.
