摘 要
本文旨在全面探讨胃癌患者肠内营养不耐受的问题,分析其发生率、风险因素及相应的护理策略。研究首先概述了胃癌患者营养的基本特点,指出其能量和蛋白质需求增加,同时面临着肠内营养不耐受的挑战。进一步地,文章详细阐述了肠内营养在胃癌术后恢复、放疗期间以及静脉输注中的应用,并指出这些治疗阶段中肠内营养不耐受的具体表现。通过对胃癌患者肠内营养不耐受的风险因素进行深入分析,本研究揭示了机械性因素、化疗和放疗的副作用、肠道菌群失衡以及营养制剂选择不当等关键因素。在此基础上,本文提出了针对性的护理策略,包括定期进行肠内营养耐受性评估、调整营养液的浓度、保持患者的口腔卫生以及使用促胃肠动力药物等,以期提高胃癌患者的肠内营养耐受性,改善其营养状况和生活质量。本研究成果有望为胃癌患者的营养支持治疗提供新的思路和方法,促进胃癌治疗的进一步发展。

Abstract
This paper aims to comprehensively explore the problem of enteral nutritional intolerance in gastric cancer patients, and analyze their incidence, risk factors and corresponding nursing strategies. The study first outlined the basic characteristics of nutrition in GC patients, pointing to the increased energy and protein requirements, along with the challenge of enteral nutrition intolerance. Further, the article details the application of enteral nutrition in postoperative recovery of gastric cancer, during radiotherapy and intravenous infusion, and indicates the specific manifestations of enteral nutrition intolerance during these treatment stages. Through an in-depth analysis of risk factors for enteral nutritional intolerance in gastric cancer patients, this study revealed key factors such as mechanical factors, side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, imbalance of intestinal flora, and improper selection of nutritional agents. Based on this, this paper proposes targeted nursing strategies, including regular assessment of enteral nutrition tolerance, adjustment of concentration of nutrient solution, maintaining oral hygiene and use of gastrointestinal motility drugs, in order to improve enteral nutritional status and quality of life of gastric cancer patients. The present findings are expected to provide new ideas and methods for nutritional support therapy in gastric cancer patients and promote the further development of gastric cancer treatment.
