  消化性溃疡是一种常见的慢性消化系统疾病,其发病机制与幽门螺杆菌感染、胃酸分泌异常及不良生活习惯密切相关。为改善患者预后并提高生活质量,本研究旨在探讨饮食护理与健康教育对消化性溃疡患者的干预效果。研究采用前瞻性随机对照试验设计,选取240例确诊患者,分为常规护理组和综合干预组,后者接受个性化的饮食指导与系统的健康教育。通过为期6个月的随访,评估两组患者的溃疡愈合率、复发率及生活质量指标。结果显示,综合干预组的溃疡愈合率显著高于常规护理组(P0.05),且复发率明显降低,患者的生活质量评分亦有显著提升。此外,患者的饮食依从性和健康知识掌握程度均得到改善,表明饮食护理与健康教育的结合具有重要临床价值。本研究创新性地提出基于个体化需求的饮食干预方案,并验证了其在促进溃疡愈合和预防复发中的有效性,为临床护理实践提供了新思路。

Abstract
  Peptic ulcer is a common chronic digestive system disease, and its pathogenesis is closely related to Helicobacter pylori infection, abnormal gastric acid secretion, and unhealthy lifestyle habits. To improve patient prognosis and enhance quality of life, this study aimed to investigate the intervention effects of dietary care and health education on patients with peptic ulcers. A prospective randomized controlled trial design was employed, involving 240 diagnosed patients who were divided into a routine care group and a comprehensive intervention group, the latter of which received personalized dietary guidance and systematic health education. Through a six-month follow-up, the ulcer healing rate, recurrence rate, and quality of life indicators were assessed in both groups. The results demonstrated that the ulcer healing rate in the comprehensive intervention group was significantly higher than that in the routine care group (P0.05), with a markedly reduced recurrence rate and a significant improvement in the quality of life scores of patients. Additionally, patient compliance with dietary recommendations and their mastery of health knowledge were also improved, indicating the significant clinical value of combining dietary care with health education. This study innovatively proposed an individualized dietary intervention plan based on specific patient needs and validated its effectiveness in promoting ulcer healing and preventing recurrence, providing new insights for clinical nursing practice.
