摘 要
胃癌是全球范围内常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其术后患者的营养状况直接影响康复进程与生存质量。为探讨科学有效的营养支持与护理策略,本研究以120例胃癌术后患者为对象,采用随机对照试验方法,分为常规护理组和综合营养干预组,对比分析两组患者的营养指标、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果显示,接受综合营养干预的患者血清白蛋白水平显著提高,体重下降幅度较小,术后并发症发生率降低至15%,且生活质量评分较术前提升32%。研究表明,通过制定个体化的营养支持方案并结合心理疏导与健康教育,可有效改善胃癌术后患者的营养状态,减少并发症风险,促进康复进程。本研究创新性地将营养干预与多维度护理相结合,提出了一套系统化、个性化的护理模式,为临床实践提供了重要参考依据,具有较高的推广应用价值。关键词:胃癌术后; 营养干预; 并发症; 生活质量; 个性化护理
Abstract
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors globally, and the nutritional status of postoperative patients directly affects their recovery process and quality of life. To explore scientific and effective nutritional support and nursing strategies, this study recruited 120 postoperative gastric cancer patients and employed a randomized controlled trial method, dividing them into a conventional care group and a comprehensive nutritional intervention group for comparative analysis of nutritional indicators, complication incidence rates, and quality of life scores. The results demonstrated that patients receiving comprehensive nutritional intervention experienced a significant increase in serum albumin levels, a smaller decrease in body weight, a reduction in postoperative complication incidence to 15%, and a 32% improvement in quality of life scores compared to preoperative levels. This study indicates that formulating individualized nutritional support plans combined with psychological counseling and health education can effectively improve the nutritional status of postoperative gastric cancer patients, reduce the risk of complications, and promote recovery. Innovatively integrating nutritional intervention with multidimensional nursing, this research proposes a systematic and personalized nursing model, providing crucial reference for clinical practice and demonstrating high value for promotion and application.Key words:Gastric Cancer Postoperatively; Nutritional Intervention; Complication; Quality Of Life; Personalized Care
