Abstract

Cash flow management of real estate enterprises is the core link in enterprise operation, which directly affects the steady development and market competitiveness of enterprises. At present, many real estate enterprises are faced with many challenges in cash flow management, such as imperfect system, inaccurate prediction and low use efficiency. These problems not only increase the operating risk of enterprises, but also restrict the sustainable development of enterprises. In order to solve these problems, the real estate enterprises need to take a series of countermeasures to optimize the cash flow management. First of all, the key is to establish a sound cash flow management system, including improving the fund budget system, strengthening the approval process of the use of funds, strengthening internal control and audit, to ensure the safe and effective use of funds. Secondly, it is also crucial to improve the accuracy of cash flow forecast. By adopting scientific prediction methods and technical means, combined with market changes and project progress, timely adjust the forecast data, to provide strong support for enterprise decision-making. In addition, strengthening the information management of cash flow and using modern information technology means to improve the management efficiency and transparency are also an important means to optimize the cash flow management. The research on the cash flow management problems and countermeasures of real estate enterprises aims to analyze the problems existing in the cash flow management of current enterprises, so as to improve the cash flow management level of enterprises, reduce operational risks, and enhance the market competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises.
