营养保健添加剂在畜禽生产中的应用
摘 要
本研究首先回顾了营养保健添加剂在畜禽生产中的研究背景与意义，总结了国内外在该领域的研究现状，并明确了研究目的与主要内容。营养保健添加剂包括维生素类添加剂、矿物微量元素类添加剂以及微生态类添加剂等多种类型，它们在畜禽的生理代谢过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。通过适量添加这些营养保健添加剂，可以显著提高畜禽的生长速度和饲料转化率，改善肉质与风味，同时增强免疫力与抗病力，有效预防与缓解应激反应。在畜禽生产中科学使用营养保健添加剂至关重要。必须遵循适量添加的原则，避免过量或不足导致的不良影响。同时，在添加过程中应先进行预混并逐步稀释，以确保添加剂在饲料中的均匀分布。此外，还需注意添加剂的储存条件与保质期，以及其与饲料、药物之间的相互作用，确保畜禽生产的安全与高效。营养保健添加剂在畜禽生产中具有广泛的应用前景和重要的实践价值。

APPLICATION OF NUTRITION AND HEALTH CARE ADDITIVE IN LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY PRODUCTION
ABSTRACT
This study first reviewed the research background and significance of nutritional health additives in livestock and poultry production, summarized the research status in this field at home and abroad, and clarified the research purpose and main content. Nutrition and health care additives include vitamin additives, mineral trace element additives and micro-ecological additives and other types, which play a vital role in the physiological me tabolism process of livestock and poultry. By adding these nutritional and health additives, the growth rate and feed conversion rate of livestock and poultry can be significantly improved, meat quality and flavor can be improved, immunity and disease resistance can be enhanced, and effectively prevent and alleviate stress response. Scientific use of nutrition and health care additives in livestock and poultry production is very important. The principle of proper addition must be followed to avoid the adverse effects caused by excess or insufficiency. At the same time, premixing and gradual dilution should be conducted in the addition process to ensure the uniform distribution of additives in the feed. In addition, attention should also be paid to pay attention to the storage conditions and shelf life of additives, as well as their interaction with feed and drugs, to ensure the safety and efficiency of livestock and poultry production. Nutrition and health care additives have a wide application prospect and important practical value in livestock and poultry production.
