猪蓝耳病的流行病学调查与防控策略

摘  要

猪蓝耳病(PRRS)是全球养猪业面临的重要疫病之一,其高致病性和复杂传播机制对生猪生产造成严重威胁。本研究旨在通过系统的流行病学调查和数据分析,揭示PRRS在我国的流行特征,并提出科学有效的防控策略。研究采用分子生物学检测技术结合地理信息系统分析方法,对全国范围内多个养殖场进行采样与监测,同时评估了不同免疫程序的实际效果。结果显示,PRRS病毒存在明显的地域分布差异和基因多样性,且部分毒株表现出更强的适应性与传播能力。此外,疫苗免疫虽能降低感染率,但单一措施难以完全控制疫情扩散。基于上述发现,本研究创新性地提出了“分区防控+精准免疫”的综合管理方案,强调区域联动与动态监测的重要性。该方案为我国PRRS的长效防控提供了理论依据和技术支持,具有重要的实践意义和推广应用价值。

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION AND CONTROL STRATEGIES FOR PORCINE BLUE EAR DISEASE

ABSTRACT

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) is one of the most significant diseases confronting the global swine industry, posing a severe threat to pig production due to its high pathogenicity and complex transmission mechanisms. This study aims to uncover the epidemiological characteristics of PRRS in China through systematic epidemiological investigations and data analysis, while proposing scientifically effective prevention and control strategies. By employing molecular biological detection techniques combined with geographic information system (GIS) analysis methods, sampling and monitoring were conducted across multiple farms nationwide, and the actual efficacy of different immunization protocols was evaluated. The results indicate that PRRS virus exhibits marked regional distribution differences and genetic diversity, with some strains demonstrating stronger adaptability and transmission capabilities. Furthermore, although vaccine immunization can reduce infection rates, single interventions are insufficient to fully control the spread of the disease. Based on these findings, this study innovatively proposes an integrated management plan of "regional prevention and control + precise immunization," emphasizing the importance of regional coordination and dynamic surveillance. This plan provides theoretical support and technical guidance for the long-term prevention and control of PRRS in China, offering substantial practical significance and potential for widespread application.
