摘 要
猪瘟是一种严重威胁养猪业的高致死性传染病,其对宿主免疫器官的影响尤为显著。本研究旨在探讨猪瘟病毒(CSFV)感染对猪脾脏组织结构的病理损伤机制及其潜在影响。实验选取健康猪作为研究对象,通过人工感染CSFV并设置对照组,利用组织学切片、免疫组化和电子显微镜技术分析脾脏组织的形态学变化及细胞组成差异。结果显示,感染组脾脏出现明显肿胀,白髓与红髓界限模糊,淋巴小结数量减少且结构紊乱,同时伴随大量巨噬细胞浸润和凋亡细胞增加。进一步研究表明,CSFV感染可导致脾脏内细胞因子表达水平异常,干扰正常免疫应答功能。本研究创新性地揭示了CSFV对脾脏组织结构的具体破坏路径,并为理解猪瘟发病机理提供了新的视角,为防控策略的制定奠定了理论基础。

INVESTIGATION INTO THE EFFECTS OF CLASSICAL SWINE FEVER VIRUS ON THE HISTOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF PORCINE SPLEEN
ABSTRACT
Classical swine fever (CSF) is a highly lethal infectious disease that poses a significant threat to the swine industry, with particularly pronounced effects on the host's immune organs. This study aimed to investigate the pathological damage mechanisms and potential impacts of CSF virus (CSFV) infection on the structural organization of porcine spleen tissue. Healthy pigs were selected as experimental subjects, artificially infected with CSFV, and compared with a control group. Histological sections, immunohistochemistry, and electron microscopy techniques were employed to analyze morphological changes and cellular composition differences in the spleen tissue. The results demonstrated that the spleens in the infected group exhibited marked swelling, blurred boundaries between the white pulp and red pulp, reduced numbers of lymphoid follicles with disordered structures, along with extensive macrophage infiltration and increased apoptotic cells. Further investigation revealed that CSFV infection could lead to abnormal ex pression levels of cytokines within the spleen, disrupting normal immune responses. This study innovatively elucidated the specific destructive pathways of CSFV on spleen tissue structure, providing new insights into the pathogenesis of CSF and laying a theoretical foundation for the development of prevention and control strategies.
