摘 要
本研究旨在探讨有机酸在畜禽生产中的应用及其作用机制。随着畜禽养殖业的快速发展,提高饲料利用率、改善动物健康及养殖环境成为行业关注的焦点。有机酸作为一种天然添加剂,因其独特的生理与化学作用,在畜禽生产中显示出广阔的应用前景。本研究综述了国内外有机酸在畜禽生产中的研究现状,并详细阐述了有机酸的基本特性、生理与化学作用及其在畜禽生产中的具体应用。有机酸通过降低胃肠道pH值、抗菌效果与机制、参与机体代谢与能量产生等多方面机制,在畜禽生产中发挥着重要作用。具体应用方面,有机酸能改善日粮适口性,提高饲料蛋白质的利用率;同时,其能改善肠道微生物菌群,促进有益菌增殖,抑制病原菌生长;此外,有机酸还具有抗应激、提高机体免疫力的效果,并能减少舍内氨味,改善养殖环境。

APPLICATION OF ORGANIC ACIDS IN LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to investigate the application and mechanism of organic acids in livestock production. With the rapid development of livestock and poultry industry, improving feed utilization, animal health and breeding environment has become the focus of the industry. As a kind of natural additive, organic acids show broad application prospects in livestock and poultry production because of their unique physiological and chemical effects. This study reviewed the research status of organic acids in livestock production at home and abroad, and elaborated the basic characteristics, physiological and chemical effects of organic acids and their specific applications in livestock production. Organic acids play an important role in livestock production by reducing gastrointestinal pH value, antibacterial effect and mechanism, participating in body me tabolism and energy production and other mechanisms. In terms of specific application, organic acid can improve the palatability of diet and increase the utilization rate of feed protein; At the same time, it can improve the intestinal microflora, promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria, inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria; In addition, organic acids also have the effect of anti-stress, improve the body's immunity, and can reduce the ammonia smell in the house, improve the breeding environment.
