摘 要
寄生虫感染是宠物健康的重要威胁,抗寄生虫药物的应用已成为宠物健康管理中的关键环节。本研究旨在探讨常用抗寄生虫药物在宠物驱虫中的应用效果及其安全性,为临床实践提供科学依据。通过系统回顾现有文献并结合实验研究,选取多种常见抗寄生虫药物对不同种类的宠物进行驱虫试验,同时监测药物的毒副作用及代谢特性。结果表明,大部分抗寄生虫药物具有良好的驱虫效果,但其安全性和适用范围因宠物种类、年龄及健康状况而异。本研究首次提出基于个体化特征的用药指导方案,并发现某些新型化合物在低剂量下即可实现高效驱虫且毒性较低。此外,研究还揭示了药物残留与环境影响之间的潜在关联,强调了合理用药的重要性。综上所述,本研究不仅验证了抗寄生虫药物的有效性,还为其临床应用提供了更为精准和安全的参考框架,对提升宠物健康管理水平具有重要意义。

APPLICATION AND SAFETY EVALUATION OF ANTIPARASITIC DRUGS IN PET DEWORMING
ABSTRACT
Parasitic infections pose a significant threat to pet health, and the application of antiparasitic drugs has become a critical component in pet health management. This study aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of commonly used antiparasitic drugs in deworming pets, providing a scientific basis for clinical practice. By systematically reviewing existing literature and conducting experimental research, multiple common antiparasitic drugs were selected for deworming trials across various pet species, while simultaneously monitoring drug toxicity, side effects, and me tabolic characteristics. The results indicate that most antiparasitic drugs exhibit satisfactory deworming efficacy; however, their safety profiles and applicability vary depending on the species, age, and health status of the pets. This study proposes, for the first time, a medication guidance scheme based on individualized characteristics and identifies certain novel compounds that achieve high efficacy at low doses with reduced toxicity. Furthermore, the study reveals potential associations between drug residues and environmental impacts, underscoring the importance of rational drug use. In summary, this research not only validates the effectiveness of antiparasitic drugs but also provides a more precise and safer reference fr amework for their clinical application, which is of great significance for enhancing the level of pet health management.
