奶牛围产期常见疾病的临床诊断与防治 -动物医学专业

摘要

本本文围绕奶牛围产期常见疾病的理论基础、临床诊断问题以及防治策略进行了系统研究。在绪论部分，本文阐述了研究背景与意义，概述了国内外研究现状，并明确了研究目的与内容。文章从生理与内分泌、营养与环境、感染与遗传三个方面深入探讨了奶牛围产期常见疾病发生的理论基础，为后文的诊断与防治提供了理论支撑。在奶牛围产期常见疾病的临床诊断问题部分，本文重点介绍了酮病、乳房炎、子宫内膜炎和子宫脱出四种疾病的典型症状。针对这些疾病，本文提出了相应的防治策略。对于酮病，采取静脉输液、补充葡萄糖和口服治疗药物等综合措施；乳房炎的防治则包括保持乳房清洁、使用抗生素等；子宫内膜炎的防治重点在于及时诊断并选用合适的抗生素；子宫脱出则需要迅速进行手术复位，并加强护理。

CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS AND PREVENTION OF COMMON PERINATAL DISEASES IN DAIRY COWS

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the theoretical basis, clinical diagnosis and prevention strategies of common perinatal diseases of dairy cows were systematically studied. In the introduction part, this paper expounds the research background and significance, summarizes the research status at home and abroad, and clarifies the research purpose and content. This paper discussed the theoretical basis of the occurrence of common perinatal diseases in dairy cows from three aspects: physiology and endocrinology, nutrition and environment, infection and heredity, and provided theoretical support for the diagnosis and prevention of the following articles. The typical symptoms of ketosis, mastitis, endometritis and uterine production were introduced in the section of clinical diagnosis of common diseases in dairy cows during perinatal period. In view of these diseases, this paper puts forward the corresponding prevention and treatment strategies. For ketosis, intravenous infusion, glucose supplement and oral therapy should be taken. The prevention and treatment of mastitis include keeping the breast clean and using antibiotics. The prevention and treatment of endometritis focus on timely diagnosis and selection of appropriate antibiotics; Uterine prolapse requires rapid surgical reduction and intensive care.
