奶牛乳腺炎的病原菌种类及防治措施研究
摘 要
奶牛乳腺炎是影响奶牛健康及乳制品质量的主要疾病之一,其病原菌种类多样且防治难度较大。本研究旨在系统分析奶牛乳腺炎的病原菌种类及其分布特征,并探讨有效的防治措施。通过采集中国华北地区200头临床型乳腺炎奶牛的乳汁样本,采用细菌培养、生化鉴定及分子生物学技术对病原菌进行分离与鉴定,同时结合药敏试验评估常用抗生素的敏感性。研究结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌和大肠杆菌是主要致病菌,分别占检出率的35.2%、28.6%和18.4%,其中多重耐药菌株比例显著增加,尤其是金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药率高达76.8%。基于上述发现,本研究提出了一种综合防治策略,包括优化饲养管理、加强环境卫生控制、推广疫苗免疫及合理使用抗生素。此外,首次将中草药制剂应用于乳腺炎防治试验,结果表明黄芩提取物对多重耐药菌株具有显著抑制作用。

STUDY ON THE PATHOGENIC BACTERIA SPECIES AND PREVENTION MEASURES OF MASTITIS IN DAIRY COWS
ABSTRACT
Cow mastitis is one of the main diseases affecting the health of dairy cows and the quality of dairy products, and its pathogenic bacteria are diverse and difficult to prevent and control. This study aims to systematically analyze the pathogen species and distribution characteristics of cow mastitis and explore effective control measures. By collecting milk samples from 200 clinical mastitis dairy cows in North China, bacterial culture, biochemical identification and molecular biology techniques were isolated and identified, and the sensitivity of common antibiotics was evaluated combined with drug susceptibility test. The results showed that S. aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae and Escherichia coli were the main pathogens, accounting for 35.2%, 28.6% and 18.4% of the detected rates, respectively, among which the proportion of multiple resistant strains significantly increased, especially the resistance rate of S. aureus to penicillin was as high as 76.8%. Based on the above findings, this study proposed a comprehensive control strategy, including optimizing feeding management, strengthening environmental health control, promotion of vaccine immunization and rational use of antibiotics. Moreover, the first application of Chinese herbal preparation in the mastitis control test, the results showed that Scutellaria baicalensis extract had significant inhibitory effect on multiple resistant strains.
