猫肾脏病是一种极为常见的猫儿疾病，其发病率在成年猫中约为10%。肾脏是猫儿体内重要的代谢和排泄器官，肾脏受损将导致代谢物的积聚和排泄功能下降，因此猫肾脏病会引起种类繁多的疾病。本文总结了猫肾脏病的原因、症状、诊断和治疗方法，并提出了预防和管理的方法。猫肾脏病主要与遗传因素、营养不良、感染、毒素暴露、年龄等因素有关。常见的症状包括体重减轻、消饮无力、食欲不振、呕吐、口臭等。诊断方面需要通过尿液检测、血清学检查、超声波等方法确定疾病类型和病情。治疗方法主要包括药物治疗、维持性治疗和手术治疗。在未来的研究中，应继续提高诊断和治疗的精准度，同时开发和推广一些有效的预防和防护措施，以提高猫咪的健康水平和安全性。

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF FELINE KIDNEY DISEASE
ABSTRACT
Cat kidney disease is a very common feline disease, affecting about 10% of adult cats. Kidney is an important me tabolic and excretory organ in cat body, kidney damage will lead to the accumulation of me tabolites and the decline of excretion function, so cat kidney disease will cause a variety of diseases. This article summarizes the causes, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of cat kidney disease, and puts forward the methods of prevention and management. Cat kidney disease is mainly related to genetic factors, malnutrition, infection, toxin exposure, age and other factors. Common symptoms include weight loss, dysphoria, loss of appetite, vomiting, and bad breath. In terms of diagnosis, it is necessary to determine the type and condition of the disease through urine testing, serological examination, ultrasound and other methods. The main treatment methods include drug therapy, maintenance therapy and surgery. In future studies, the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment should continue to be improved, while some effective preventive and protective measures should be developed and promoted to improve the health level and safety of cats.
