社会转型期道德教育面临的挑战与对策研究

摘    要
本文首先概述了道德教育的定义、特点及功能,明确了道德教育在个体成长和社会发展中不可或缺的作用。接着,文章深入探讨了道德教育在社会转型期的重要性,指出其能够引导个体行为、促进社会和谐、塑造社会共识,为社会的稳定与进步提供坚实的道德支撑。然而,社会转型期道德教育也面临着诸多挑战,如道德价值多元化导致的认知困惑、道德教育方式单一引发的接受障碍以及自我意识强化带来的行为偏差等。针对这些挑战,本文提出了应对策略,包括强化核心价值观教育以明确道德导向、创新教育方式方法以增强教育实效、引导正确自我认知以促进个体健康成长。这些策略旨在提升道德教育的针对性和实效性,为培养具有高尚道德情操和强烈社会责任感的新时代人才提供有力支持。

Abstract
This paper first summarizes the definition, characteristics and functions of moral education, and clarifies the indispensable role of moral education in individual growth and social development. Then, the article deeply discusses the importance of moral education in the social transition period, and points out that it can guide individual behavior, promote social harmony, shape social consensus, and provide solid moral support for social stability and progress. However, in the period of social transition, moral education also faces many challenges, such as the cognitive confusion caused by the diversification of moral values, the acceptance obstacle caused by the single moral education mode, and the behavioral deviation caused by the strengthening of self-awareness. In view of these challenges, this paper proposes coping strategies, including strengthening the education of core values to clarify the moral orientation, innovating the education methods to enhance the effectiveness of education, and guiding the correct self-cognition to promote the healthy growth of individuals. These strategies aim to improve the pertinancy and effectiveness of moral education and provide strong support for the cultivation of new era talents with noble moral sentiments and a strong sense of social responsibility.
