高铁站前工程初步设计方案优化


摘  要

高速铁路建设是一个庞大而又繁杂的系统工程,其设计方案的最佳实施是否成功将直接关系到整个高速铁路建设的经济效益与社会效益。而现行的高铁项目设计方案中,由于设计优化程度不足, I, II, III级的频繁发生的设计变动,以及对项目整个寿命周期成本的考虑不足,从而影响了我国高速铁路建设的高质量发展。为此,迫切需要对高速铁路项目的规划进行全面、科学和可靠的决策支持。
本文针对高速铁路站前期设计前期设计,以高速铁路建设前期设计项目量清单子目作为最优单位,结合高速铁路建设规模大、投资额度大、参与方多、具有多因素、多因素、不确定性等典型特征,依据其设计方案结构设计复杂、施工建造人力物力消耗量大、运营维护安全和可靠性要求高、需要严格控制对整体环境的冲击等本质特性,采用网络智能采集、历史文献回顾、典型案例分析、深入采访四种途径搜集基本数据,综合运用京、京、沈、银、西等高速铁路项目实例,综合已有技术及实践,综合运用已有技术及实践,对高速铁路站前项目的初期设计进行了较为全面的探讨。

Abstract
The construction of high-speed railway is a huge and complex system engineering, and whether the best implementation of its design scheme is successful will directly affect the economic and social benefits of the entire high-speed railway construction. However, in the current design scheme of high-speed railway projects, due to the insufficient degree of design optimization, frequent design changes at levels I, II and III, and insufficient consideration of the whole life cycle cost of the project, the high-quality development of high-speed railway construction in China has been affected. Therefore, it is urgent to provide comprehensive, scientific and reliable decision support for the planning of high-speed railway projects.
This paper aims at the preliminary design of high-speed railway station, taking the sub-item of the preliminary design project quantity list of high-speed railway construction as the optimal unit, combining with the typical characteristics of high-speed railway construction, such as large scale, large amount of investment, multiple participants, multi-factor, multi-factor, uncertainty, etc., and according to its design scheme, the structural design is complex, the construction manpower and material consumption is large, and the operation and maintenance safety and reliability requirements are high It is necessary to strictly control the impact on the overall environment and other essential characteristics, collect basic data through four ways: network intelligent collection, historical literature review, typical case analysis and in-depth interview, comprehensively use the examples of high-speed railway projects such as Beijing, Beijing, Shenyang, Yinxi, etc., comprehensively use the existing technology and practice, and comprehensively use the existing technology and practice, and carry out a more comprehensive discussion on the initial design of high-speed railway station front project.
