摘 要
近年来,随着农业生产的不断发展,人们对于如何提高作物产量和品质的需求越来越高。植物生长调节剂作为一种重要的农业生产技术手段,被广泛应用于作物生长管理中。本文以研究植物生长调节剂对作物光合和生理特性的影响为主题,探讨了其对光合速率、叶绿素含量、光合作用相关酶活性、基因表达以及生长速率、冠层结构、根系形态、耐逆性和抗病性的调节作用。同时,针对该研究内容,提出了相关的研究方法和实验设计,包括选择适合的作物和生长调节剂、设计对照组和实验组以及测定光合和生理指标的方法。最后,结合研究结果和讨论,分析了不同植物生长调节剂对作物光合和生理特性的影响因素和机制,并展望了植物生长调节剂在农业生产中的应用前景,以及提高作物产量和品质的潜力,并为农业生产提供了理论和技术支持。通过研究植物生长调节剂对作物光合和生理特性的影响,可以为农业生产提供更科学合理的管理和调控策略,进一步推进农业的可持续发展。

EFFECTS OF PLANT GROWTH REGULATORS ON PHOTOSYNTHESIS AND PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CROPS
ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the continuous development of agricultural production, people's demand for how to improve crop yield and quality is getting higher and higher. As an important technical means of agricultural production, plant growth regulators have been widely used in crop growth management. In this paper, the effects of plant growth regulators on photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of crops were studied, and their regulatory effects on photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic related enzyme activity, gene ex pression, growth rate, canopy structure, root morphology, resistance to reverse and disease resistance were discussed. At the same time, according to the research content, the relevant research methods and experimental design were proposed, including the selection of suitable crops and growth regulators, the design of control group and experimental group, and the measurement of photosynthesis and physiological indexes. Finally, combined with the research results and discussion, the influencing factors and mechanisms of different plant growth regulators on the photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of crops were analyzed, and the application prospects of plant growth regulators in agricultural production and the potential of improving crop yield and quality were prospeced, and theoretical and technical support was provided for agricultural production. By studying the effects of plant growth regulators on photosynthesis and physiological characteristics of crops, we can provide more scientific and rational management and regulation strategies for agricultural production, and further promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
