摘 要
随着新时代教育改革的深入推进,劳动教育作为全面发展素质教育的重要组成部分,其在小学阶段的实施逐渐受到广泛关注。然而,当前小学劳动教育课程在实际推进过程中面临诸多困境,如课程体系不完善、教育资源匮乏、评价机制缺失以及师生对劳动教育认知不足等问题。本研究旨在深入探讨小学劳动教育课程实施中的主要障碍,并提出针对性的突破策略。劳动教育课程的有效实施需要构建多元化的课程体系,强化师资培训,优化资源配置,并建立科学合理的评价机制。此外,创新性地提出将地方特色文化融入劳动教育课程的设计思路,以增强课程的吸引力和实践价值。本研究的主要贡献在于明确了劳动教育课程实施的核心要素,为相关政策制定和学校实践提供了理论支持与操作指南,同时为推动劳动教育高质量发展奠定了基础。

Implementation Dilemmas and Breakthroughs of Labor Education Courses in Primary Schools

Abstract
With the deepening of educational reform in the new era, labor education, as an important part of all-round development of quality education, has gradually attracted wide attention in the primary school stage. However, the current primary school labor education curriculum is faced with many difficulties in the actual promotion process, such as the imperfect curriculum system, the lack of educational resources, the lack of evaluation mechanism and the lack of teachers and students' cognition of labor education. The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the main obstacles in the implementation of primary school labor education curriculum, and put forward targeted breakthrough strategies. The effective implementation of labor education curriculum needs to build a diversified curriculum system, strengthen teacher training, optimize resource allocation, and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism. In addition, it innovatively puts forward the design idea of integrating local characteristic culture into labor education curriculum in order to enhance the attraction and practical value of curriculum. The main contribution of this study is to clarify the core elements of the implementation of labor education curriculum, provide theoretical support and operational guidance for relevant policy formulation and school practice, and lay a foundation for promoting the high-quality development of labor education.
