摘 要
历史文化街区作为城市记忆的重要载体，其保护与更新已成为当代城市发展中的关键议题。本研究以历史文化街区的环境设计为核心，探讨如何在保护传统风貌的同时实现功能更新与可持续发展。研究通过文献分析、案例研究及实地调研相结合的方法，选取典型历史文化街区为样本，深入剖析其空间特征、文化价值及现存问题。结果表明，当前历史文化街区面临过度商业化、空间品质下降及居民参与不足等挑战。为此，本文提出基于生态适应性、文化传承性和社区参与性的综合环境设计策略，强调通过微更新手段优化公共空间布局，强化场所精神，并构建多元主体协同治理机制。研究创新点在于将环境设计与社会文化因素深度融合，突破传统单一保护模式，形成兼具保护性与活力性的更新路径。这一成果不仅为历史文化街区的可持续发展提供了理论支持，也为相关实践提供了可操作性强的指导方案。

Abstract
Historic and cultural blocks, as significant carriers of urban memory, have become a critical issue in contemporary urban development regarding their preservation and renewal. This study focuses on the environmental design of historic and cultural blocks, exploring how to achieve functional renewal and sustainable development while protecting traditional appearances. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and field surveys, this research selects representative historic and cultural blocks as samples to thoroughly analyze their spatial characteristics, cultural values, and existing problems. The findings indicate that these blocks currently face challenges such as over-commercialization, declining spatial quality, and insufficient resident participation. In response, this paper proposes an integrated environmental design strategy based on ecological adaptability, cultural inheritance, and community participation, emphasizing the optimization of public space layouts through micro-renewal approaches, the reinforcement of place spirit, and the establishment of a collaborative governance mechanism involving multiple stakeholders. The innovation of this study lies in its deep integration of environmental design with socio-cultural factors, breaking through traditional single-focused preservation models to create an update path that balances protection with vitality. This outcome not only provides theoretical support for the sustainable development of historic and cultural blocks but also offers a highly operational guidance fr amework for related practices.
