摘 要
城市公共空间作为居民日常活动的重要场所，其环境设计的人性化程度直接影响人们的生活质量与社会交往体验。本研究基于当前快速城市化进程下公共空间功能单一、人性化设计不足的背景，旨在探索如何通过优化设计提升公共空间的包容性与舒适度，以满足不同人群的需求。研究采用文献分析、问卷调查和案例对比相结合的方法，系统梳理了国内外相关理论与实践，并选取典型城市公共空间进行实地调研。结果表明，当前公共空间存在设施适配性差、文化认同感弱以及交互体验不足等问题。为此，本研究提出了以用户需求为核心的设计框架，强调从物理环境、心理感受和社会互动三个维度综合考量。创新点在于引入参与式设计方法，通过社区居民深度介入设计过程，增强方案的针对性与可操作性。此外，研究还构建了量化评估体系，为后续实践提供科学依据。最终结论显示，人性化设计不仅能够改善空间使用效率，还能促进社会凝聚力的形成，对推动可持续城市发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
Urban public spaces, as crucial venues for residents' daily activities, have a direct impact on quality of life and social interaction experiences through the degree of humanization in their environmental design. This study, situated within the context of rapid urbanization where public spaces often suffer from functional singularity and insufficient human-centered design, aims to explore how optimized design can enhance the inclusiveness and comfort of public spaces to meet diverse population needs. By employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case comparisons, the research systematically reviews relevant theories and practices both domestically and internationally, while conducting field investigations of representative urban public spaces. The findings reveal that current public spaces face challenges such as poor facility compatibility, weak cultural identity, and inadequate interactive experiences. In response, this study proposes a design fr amework centered on user needs, emphasizing comprehensive consideration across three dimensions: physical environment, psychological perception, and social interaction. A key innovation lies in the incorporation of participatory design methods, which involve community residents deeply in the design process to enhance the relevance and feasibility of proposed solutions. Additionally, the study develops a quantifiable evaluation system to provide scientific guidance for future practice. The final conclusion indicates that humanized design not only improves spatial utilization efficiency but also fosters social cohesion, playing a significant role in advancing sustainable urban development.
