  双减政策作为我国教育改革的重要举措,旨在减轻学生过重的学业负担并促进教育公平,其实施对小学教育生态产生了深远影响。本研究以双减政策为背景,通过问卷调查、深度访谈和数据分析等方法,系统探讨了该政策在教学模式、课后服务、家庭作业设计及家校关系等方面的作用机制与实际效果。双减政策有效减少了学生的课外补习时间,优化了学校课程结构,并推动了素质教育的发展;同时,教师的教学压力有所增加,部分家长对学业质量的担忧仍然存在。本研究创新性地构建了“政策—学校—家庭”三方互动模型,用以解释政策传导路径及其对教育生态的具体影响。这一模型不仅为评估双减政策提供了理论框架,也为后续教育政策的制定和完善提供了参考依据。总体而言,双减政策显著改善了小学教育生态,但仍需进一步优化配套措施以实现政策目标的最大化。

Abstract

  As an important measure of China's educational reform, the double-reduction policy aims to reduce the excessive academic burden of students and promote educational equity, and its implementation has had a profound impact on the primary education ecology. With the background of the double-reduction policy, this study systematically discusses the mechanism and practical effects of the policy in teaching mode, after-school service, homework design and home-school relationship through questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and data analysis. The double reduction policy effectively reduces students' after-class tutoring time, optimizes the school curriculum structure, and promotes the development of quality education. At the same time, teachers' teaching pressure has increased, and some parents' concerns about academic quality still exist. This study innovatively constructs a "policy-school-family" tripartite interaction model to explain the policy transmission path and its specific impact on education ecology. This model not only provides a theoretical fr amework for the evaluation of the double-reduction policy, but also provides a reference for the formulation and improvement of the subsequent education policy. Overall, the dual-reduction policy has significantly improved the ecology of primary education, but it is still necessary to further optimize supporting measures to achieve the maximum policy ob jectives.
