摘 要
城市轨道交通作为现代城市交通体系的重要组成部分,其线网规划与城市空间发展之间的协调性已成为当前城市化进程中亟待解决的关键问题。本研究以城市轨道交通线网规划与城市空间发展的协调性为切入点,旨在探讨两者之间的相互作用机制,并提出优化策略。通过文献分析、案例研究以及定量建模等方法,选取典型城市作为研究对象,构建了基于多维度指标的协调性评价体系,从空间结构、功能布局和人口分布等方面系统评估了轨道交通线网对城市空间发展的影响。研究发现,城市轨道交通线网的布局显著影响城市空间形态,合理的线网规划能够促进城市功能分区优化和人口合理分布,而缺乏协调性的规划则可能导致城市空间无序扩展和资源浪费。本研究创新性地提出了“动态适应性协调模型”,该模型结合时空数据分析技术,能够有效预测不同规划情景下的城市发展态势,为决策者提供科学依据。研究结果表明,强化轨道交通线网规划与城市总体规划的协同效应,是实现城市可持续发展的关键路径。本研究的主要贡献在于揭示了轨道交通与城市空间发展的内在关联,并为相关规划实践提供了理论支持和技术工具,具有重要的学术价值和实际应用意义。

ABSTRACT
Urban rail transit, as a critical component of modern urban transportation systems, has made the coordination between its network planning and urban spatial development a key issue that urgently needs to be addressed in the current process of urbanization. This study focuses on the coordination between urban rail transit network planning and urban spatial development, aiming to explore their interaction mechanisms and propose optimization strategies. By employing methods such as literature analysis, case studies, and quantitative modeling, and selecting typical cities as research ob jects, a multi-dimensional indicator-based evaluation system for coordination was constructed. This system systematically assessed the impact of rail transit networks on urban spatial development from aspects such as spatial structure, functional layout, and population distribution. The findings indicate that the layout of urban rail transit networks significantly influences urban spatial morphology; rational network planning can promote the optimization of urban functional zoning and reasonable population distribution, whereas planning lacking coordination may lead to disorderly urban expansion and resource wastage. Innovatively, this study proposes a "dynamic adaptive coordination model," which integrates spatiotemporal data analysis techniques to effectively predict urban development trends under different planning scenarios, providing scientific evidence for decision-makers. The results demonstrate that enhancing the synergistic effects between rail transit network planning and overall urban planning is a crucial pathway to achieving sustainable urban development. The primary contribution of this study lies in revealing the intrinsic relationship between rail transit and urban spatial development and offering theoretical support and technical tools for relevant planning practices, thereby possessing significant academic value and practical application significance.
