城市停车设施规划与设计研究

随着城市化进程的加速,机动车保有量持续增长,停车设施供需矛盾日益突出,成为制约城市交通可持续发展的重要因素。本研究旨在通过系统分析城市停车设施规划与设计的关键问题,提出科学合理的解决方案,以缓解停车难问题并优化城市空间利用效率。研究基于多源数据整合与分析,采用定量与定性相结合的方法,综合运用地理信息系统(GIS)、大数据分析以及仿真模拟技术,对停车需求预测、设施布局优化及设计标准制定进行了深入探讨。研究结果表明,通过构建多层次停车供给体系,结合动态调控机制与智能化管理手段,能够显著提升停车设施的使用效率和用户体验。此外,本研究创新性地提出了基于场景驱动的停车设施规划设计框架,将不同用地类型与功能需求纳入统一模型,为实际应用提供了可操作性强的技术路径。主要贡献体现在三个方面:一是建立了精细化的停车需求预测模型,提升了预测精度;二是提出了适应不同类型城市的停车设施布局优化策略,增强了规划的针对性和灵活性;三是设计了融合绿色低碳理念的停车设施方案,为实现可持续发展目标提供了支持。研究成果可为城市停车设施规划与管理提供理论依据和技术支撑,具有重要的实践意义和推广应用价值。

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of urbanization, the continuous growth of motor vehicle ownership has led to an increasingly prominent contradiction between the supply and demand of parking facilities, becoming a critical factor constraining the sustainable development of urban transportation. This study aims to systematically analyze key issues in urban parking facility planning and design, proposing scientifically sound solutions to alleviate parking difficulties and optimize urban spatial utilization efficiency. Based on the integration and analysis of multi-source data, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods is adopted, incorporating Geographic Information Systems (GIS), big data analytics, and simulation modeling techniques to conduct an in-depth investigation into parking demand forecasting, facility layout optimization, and standard formulation. The results indicate that constructing a multi-level parking supply system, combined with dynamic regulation mechanisms and intelligent management approaches, can significantly enhance the operational efficiency of parking facilities and user experience. Furthermore, this study innovatively proposes a scenario-driven fr amework for parking facility planning and design, integrating various land-use types and functional requirements into a unified model, providing a highly operational technical pathway for practical applications. The main contributions are reflected in three aspects: first, the establishment of a refined parking demand forecasting model that improves prediction accuracy; second, the proposal of optimized layout strategies for parking facilities adaptable to different types of cities, enhancing the relevance and flexibility of planning; third, the design of parking facility schemes integrated with green and low-carbon concepts, supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals. The research findings offer theoretical foundations and technical support for urban parking facility planning and management, possessing significant practical implications and application value.
