高速公路作为现代交通网络的重要组成部分,其安全性和效率对社会经济发展具有深远影响。然而,交通事故频发已成为制约高速公路功能发挥的关键问题,亟需科学的风险评估与防控措施。本研究以高速公路交通事故风险评估为核心,旨在构建系统化的分析框架并提出针对性的防控策略。通过整合地理信息系统(GIS)、大数据分析和机器学习技术,研究建立了多维度风险评估模型,综合考虑交通流量、天气状况、道路设计及驾驶员行为等关键因素。基于全国范围内典型高速公路的历史事故数据,模型验证结果显示其预测精度达到87%以上,显著优于传统统计方法。此外,研究创新性地引入动态风险预警机制,结合实时数据流实现对潜在事故的提前干预。结果表明,该机制可将特定路段的事故发生率降低约25%,为实际应用提供了可靠的技术支持。最终,研究总结了涵盖工程优化、管理强化和技术升级的综合性防控措施,并提出了政策建议。本研究的主要贡献在于突破了静态评估的局限性,实现了动态化、智能化的风险管理,为提升高速公路交通安全水平提供了理论依据和实践指导。

ABSTRACT
As a crucial component of the modern transportation network, highways play a significant role in promoting social and economic development through their safety and efficiency. However, the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents has become a key issue limiting the functionality of highways, necessitating scientific risk assessment and prevention measures. This study focuses on highway traffic accident risk assessment, aiming to construct a systematic analytical fr amework and propose targeted prevention strategies. By integrating Geographic Information Systems (GIS), big data analytics, and machine learning technologies, a multi-dimensional risk assessment model was developed, comprehensively considering critical factors such as traffic volume, weather conditions, road design, and driver behavior. Using historical accident data from representative highways across the country, the model validation results demonstrated a prediction accuracy exceeding 87%, significantly outperforming traditional statistical methods. Additionally, this study innovatively introduced a dynamic risk warning mechanism that leverages real-time data streams for preemptive intervention in potential accidents. The findings indicate that this mechanism can reduce the accident rate on specific sections by approximately 25%, providing robust technical support for practical applications. Finally, the study summarizes comprehensive prevention measures encompassing engineering optimization, management enhancement, and technological upgrades, along with policy recommendations. The primary contribution of this research lies in overcoming the limitations of static assessments, achieving dynamic and intelligent risk management, and offering both theoretical foundations and practical guidance for improving highway traffic safety levels.
