摘 要
建筑工程施工质量验收是确保建筑项目安全性和耐久性的关键环节,其标准化和科学化对提升工程质量具有重要意义。本研究以当前建筑工程施工质量验收标准为切入点,结合国内外相关规范与实践经验,深入探讨了现行验收标准的适用性及其实施效果。研究旨在通过系统分析现有标准存在的不足,提出优化建议,从而进一步完善质量验收体系。采用文献分析、案例研究及实地调研相结合的方法,选取多个典型工程项目作为样本,对其验收流程、技术指标及实际效果进行详细评估。研究表明,现行验收标准在部分领域存在操作性不强、指标覆盖不全等问题,且不同地区间执行力度差异较大,影响了整体实施效果。为此,本研究创新性地提出了基于风险分级的质量验收框架,并引入数字化监测手段以提高验收效率和准确性。该框架能够根据不同工程特点动态调整验收重点,显著提升了标准的适应性和可操作性。研究成果不仅为完善我国建筑工程施工质量验收标准提供了理论支持,还为行业实践提供了具体指导,对推动建筑业高质量发展具有重要参考价值。

ABSTRACT
The acceptance of construction quality in building projects is a critical step to ensure the safety and durability of architectural works, and its standardization and scientification play a significant role in enhancing engineering quality. This study focuses on the current standards for construction quality acceptance, integrating domestic and international norms along with practical experiences to explore the applicability and implementation effects of these standards. By systematically analyzing the deficiencies in existing standards, this research proposes optimization recommendations aimed at further refining the quality acceptance system. A combination of literature analysis, case studies, and field surveys was employed, selecting multiple representative construction projects as samples to comprehensively evaluate their acceptance processes, technical indicators, and actual outcomes. The findings indicate that the current acceptance standards exhibit certain limitations, such as insufficient operability in specific areas and incomplete coverage of indicators, while regional disparities in enforcement intensity also affect overall implementation effectiveness. In response, this study innovatively introduces a risk-stratified quality acceptance fr amework supplemented by digital monitoring technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy. This fr amework dynamically adjusts acceptance priorities based on project characteristics, significantly enhancing the adaptability and feasibility of the standards. The research not only provides theoretical support for improving China's construction quality acceptance standards but also offers concrete guidance for industry practices, contributing valuable insights to promoting high-quality development in the construction sector.
